Eine zentimetergenaue Kartierung ist mit dieser Drohne ebenfalls möglich.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Tatsächlich benötigt es vor dem ersten Abheben der Drohne einiges an Vorarbeit, die auch aufgrund unterschiedlicher nationaler Gesetze überall etwas anders aussehen kann. Die Pilotin oder der Pilot der Drohne braucht einen entsprechenden Drohnen-Führerschein. In Österreich ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung für Drohnen zwingend notwendig. Mit der Versicherungsnummer wird dann die Registrierung der Drohne bei der österreichischen Luftfahrtagentur Austro Control (\u003Ca title=\"dronespace\" href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.dronespace.at\u002F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dronespace.at\u003C\u002Fa>) digital beantragt. Diese Registrierungsnummer muss an der Drohne angebracht werden. Abschließend folgt die Registrierung beim Drohnenhersteller. \u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Für Drohnen gibt es Flugbeschränkungen, die von der Austro Control bestimmt werden. So ist es verboten, in der Nähe von Flughäfen und deren Kontrollzonen, Hubschrauberlandeplätzen von Krankenhäusern und militärischen Einrichtungen zu fliegen. Je nach Startgewicht der Drohne dürfen unbeteiligte Personen nicht überflogen werden. So musste einige Wochen auf bewölktes, aber nicht regnerisches Wetter gewartet werden. Regen ist nicht gut für die Drohne und Sonne wirft Schatten, die später auch im 3D-Modell sichtbar wären, was nicht optimal ist. Bewölktes Wetter gibt hingegen passendes diffuses Licht.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>An einem Tag waren die Bedingungen endlich ideal und die Drohne konnte zum ersten Mal abheben. Innerhalb eines Vormittags waren die Aufnahmen erfolgreich abgeschlossen. \u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Die ersten Ergebnisse des 3D-Modells lagen bereits nach zwei Tagen vor. In den Folgewochen wurden die Annotationen vorbereitet, die eine Verortung von antiken Spolien im Heidentor ermöglichen. Zusätzlich wurde die menschliche Figur in einem Studio aufgenommen und in das 3D-Modell implementiert, um die Größenverhältnisse besser aufzuzeigen. \u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Insgesamt dauerte die Digitalisierung des Heidentors von der Planung bis zum digitalen Zwilling etwa sechs Wochen. The drone pilot must have an appropriate drone licence. In Austria, drone liability insurance is compulsory. Using the insurance number, the drone is registered digitally with the Austrian aviation agency Austro Control (\u003Ca title=\"dronespace\" href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.dronespace.at\u002F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dronespace.at\u003C\u002Fa>). This registration number must be affixed to the drone. It is prohibited to fly near airports and their control zones, hospital helipads, and military installations. Depending on the drone's take-off weight, flying over uninvolved people may be restricted. It was necessary to wait several weeks for cloudy but not rainy weather. Rain is not good for the drone, and the sun casts shadows that would later be visible in the 3D model, which is not ideal. Cloudy weather, on the other hand, provides the right diffuse light.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>One day, the conditions were finally perfect, and the drone could take off for the first time. The captures were successfully completed within one morning.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The first results of the 3D model were available after two days. In the following weeks, annotations were prepared, allowing the location of ancient spolia in the Heidentor. Additionally, a human figure was recorded in a studio and implemented into the 3D model to better illustrate the proportions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>In total, the digitisation of the Heidentor, from planning to the digital twin, took about six weeks.
